Experience it here.Your responsibilities will include:Join a high-performing aviation maintenance team as an AME B1.3, ensuring aircraft airworthiness to the highest standards.
You'll support Maintenance Managers by coordinating and supervising tactical-level tasks, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.Your responsibilities will include:Sign-off and certify maintenance within authorisation scope (AFCAMAN Book IV)Comply with all task-specific warnings, cautions, and instructionsAdhere to tool control and safety proceduresOperate only authorised equipment and use only approved materialsIdentify and document follow-on maintenanceMonitor Human Factors and notify leadership of any performance-impairing conditionsAbout you:Proven experience in aviation maintenanceStrong task-level leadership and personnel managementSolid knowledge of Human Factors and WHS requirementsSkilled in identifying risks and applying effective controlsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsEssential Competencies:Deep understanding of DASR and continuing airworthiness systemsStrong planning and leadership abilitiesAdvanced computer literacy and analytical skillsSpecial Requirements:Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.What we offer you:When you join Lockheed Martin, you work on projects you won't experience anywhere else.
