We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Store Manager to join our team on a full time basis at our Fyshwick Store.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed company targets
- Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping
- Establish and work as part of a collaborative team environment
- Previous retail Management experience
- Ability to close the sale
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- High standards of in-store presentation
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Must be available to work weekends

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
