**About the Contract**

Utilita, a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, performs planned, corrective and responsive maintenance on a diverse range of water and wastewater assets across South East Queensland.

**About the Role**

Based at our **Archerfield Depot**, the Maintenance Planner works with Supervisors to optimise maintenance activities through planning and dispatch of work order packages.

This is a busy role in a high-volume environment, with a supportive team including one Administrator who performs some of the administrative elements of coordinating work, such as arranging permits.

This is a full-time position, working hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

**About You**
- Planning and/or dispatch experience in a high volume maintenance environment
- Demonstrated high level administrative and organisational skills
- Experience with SAP for work order and resource management highly regarded
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work flexibility and to adapt in a complex, service-oriented environment.
