As a significant subsidiary to an ASX listed company, our client is an Australian retail success story and recognises the importance of attracting great people. They have multiple iconic brands with over 1000 stores both locally and internationally.

Due to sustained growth, our client is looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Finance Business Partner to join their respected and high performing Finance team. This collaborative and supportive team all work together out of their Inner Melbourne St Kilda Rd office which has direct access to the picturesque Fawkner Park.

**About the role**:
**Key roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Prepare and/or review weekly and monthly management reports for Supply Chain & Logistics.
- Review reports to ensure accuracy of and integrity of data/accounting treatment of transactions.
- Assist with preparation of budgets/projections.
- Review budgets to ensure accurate and consistent with both Group plans/strategies and Supply Chain & Logistics plans/ strategies.
- Review and improve efficiency of current weekly KPI reporting and month end reporting processes**.**

**About you**:
You will be working towards or recently CPA qualified with a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally with some retail or FMCG experience however this is not essential. You will have outstanding Excel & Microsoft Word skills alongside strong communication skills both written and verbal.
