**Skilled Labourers and Operators - Civil and Construction**

There are a fair few years of recruitment and HR experience that went into the Next Level Consulting idea. What we learned most about employment is that things work best when everyone feels good about the working arrangement. If someone doesn't feel good about the working arrangement, then chances are it wont last as long. That's just how humans work.

So the idea here is to make Labour Hire work for you, just as much as it works for us or the client you might be working with.

Most stats around the place say that we spend about 33% of our working lives at work. So more than anything, this is the part of your life you want to be sweet and as "hassle free" as possible.

Its now our second year of operation, so Next Level Consulting is in a better position to offer more options for Skilled Labourers in the Civil and Construction areas. At the moment, most of the clients we deal with are smaller to medium sized companies. Companies that have their own jobs, but also subbie out to larger contractors on the bigger jobs. It's Civil, Construction and Demolition work - mostly between Brisbane, Toowoomba and the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.

**The main idea of we try to do in a nutshell**:

- Aim to be hassle free
- Aim to see things from your point of view as much as ours or the client's
