Preparation and serving of Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Customer service

Knowledge of local and National regulations relating to the Liquor Control Act

Maintain cleanliness of bar area, attention to health hazards and code violations

Monitor inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock and relayed to Bar Manager

Follow Legal requirements of the Liquor Control Act and the Licence requirements of the Busselton Bowling Club

Take direction from your supervisor or manager on duty

RSA certificate from a Nationally recognized training provider

Approved Managers Certificate would be a benefit, or willing to obtain

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Work Location: In person
