**About the Company**

This Government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and provide services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 2-month contract paying up to $36.30 p/h + Super located in St Leonard's with flexible work arrangements.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Pharmaceutical Support Officer with a large Government agency to provide quality clerical and data entry services to the Pharmaceutical Services Unit and so supports improvements in the regulation and quality use of medicines for the NSW community.

**_Key accountabilities:_**
- Create and update manual and electronic files as needed, ensuring chronologically correct and accurate information records are established and efficiently maintained to ensure consistency in filing activities.
- Accurately maintain the Unit's database and record management system, supporting the achievement of Unit objectives within established timeframes.

**About You**
- Experienced in providing high-quality data entry and record administration services with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service.
- Good communication and written skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
