**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 months of administration/receptionist experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Must understand data entry and making appointments.
- Understanding of payroll, accounts receivable and payable would be an added advantage.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Must be reliable and committed.
- Available for immediate start

**What's on offer**:

- Temp assignment as well as ongoing opportunities with a view to go permanent.
- Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm.
- Opportunities for training and upskilling
- Pay rate - between $31 to $32 per hour.
- Immediate start
