**Your new company**

This Federal Government agency are responsible for operating and supporting a national scheme for vulnerable Australians. The Hospital Interface branch are responsible for supporting specialised pathways for participants to have more agency over their care.

**Your new role**

As a Program Officer working across a national team, you will be responsible for:

- Providing technical expertise across a range of programs or activities including systems and people performance, financial, staff lifecycle, knowledge and change management to contribute to business unit outcomes.
- Assisting with maintaining process and documentation relating to service delivery and utilising change and risk management principles to ensure impacts are communicated
- Coordinating and analysing data to draft communications including reports, advice, presentations and communications for Ministerial, Parliamentary and executive responses.
- Assisting with the collation and audits of workforce planning data, reporting on staff lifecycle and confirming against financial, systems and people performance data.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for these roles, you must be an
**Australian Citizen** and will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a multifaceted role, e.g. project/program officer, case manager
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Experience in the disability, health or aged care sectors.
- APS6 vacancy only - experience managing a team.
- In addition, you must have or be willing to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
