This is a perfect role for a person who has the competency to operate machinery whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
If you thrive on challenges and can provide practical solutions to complex problems this role is for you.The Accountabilities:Set up, changeovers, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within Arnott's OH&S, Quality and Performance StandardsCompletion of quality control checks onlinePerform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.Work autonomouslyand as team member to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteriaThe Ingredients for Success:Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:Previous automated machine operating experience working in a food manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot on machines and problem solve the quality attributes of our productsUnderstanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles in a food manufacturing environmentEffective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAble to complete a full medical and mechanical aptitude testing upon requestWe recognise that creating delicious moments for a diverse range of consumers is only possible if our workforce reflects the consumers we serve.
