**Please note: This is not a collecting/phlebotomy position**

**Position**: Pathology Services Assistant/Dispatch

**Location**: Highland Park Hub, Gold Coast, QLD

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone enquiries from referrers and collection centres regarding specimen transport
- Log and dispatch jobs via logistics management system for courier runs
- Sorting of reports and stores, arranging delivery

**What we are looking for**:
The successful applicant will possess:
Mandatory
- Good knowledge of the Gold Coast region
- Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and the ability to work as an effective member of a team
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently, whilst adhering to occupational health and safety policies
- Excellent customer service
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Commitment to SNP values

Desirable
- Previous experience in logistics management systems
- Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving ability
