**About the Role**

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Promote a positive, high-performing, and collaborative team culture
- Ensure on the job training as well as tailored one-on-one coaching sessions are provided
- Analyse risk rating and underwriting features, portfolio mix, trends over time and progression relative to expectations
- Analyse data supporting pricing and underwriting systems and effectively manipulate to allow successful analysis
- Respond to queries from the business and product heads within agreed timeframes

**About You**

You will be an experienced Actuary, with a business and data driven frame of mind.
- Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science (Part I / II completed)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in General Insurance
- Passion for driving and leading a team
- High-level of communication skills with a curious mindset
- Strong time management and attention to detail
