About the role
Join the talented team at Bakers Delight as an Apprentice Baker or Baker's Assistant Based in our bakeries in the Mandurah region, WA, you'll play a key role in crafting our delicious range of freshly baked bread, pastries, and other treats. This is a full-time position for the Baking Apprenticeship or part-time for the Baker's Assistant role.
We're looking for someone with a passion for baking and a positive attitude who does not mind starting their day bright and early
No experience is needed, as all training is provided on the job. Apprentices will also attend TAFE once a week.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and baking a variety of high-quality bread and other baked products according to recipes and company standards
Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all baked goods
Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment
Providing excellent customer service and assisting with counter duties as needed
Collaborating with the team to improve processes and product offerings
What we're looking for
A keen eye for detail to ensure consistently high-quality products
Strong time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A passion for baking and delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability and a willingness to learn and try new techniques
