**About the role**:
**Seaview Ford** (part of Eagers Automotive) is currently seeking a bright, well-presented and customer-focused
**Receptionist **with a professional phone manner to join our dynamic team

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for providing assistance to incoming telephone callers by determining the purpose of calls and forwarding calls/ visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.

**This position offers a permanent part time contract with 18 hours per week and the below roster**:

- Monday: 8am - 2pm (2 x 15min paid breaks)
- Wednesday: 8am - 2pm (2 x 15min paid breaks)
- Thursday: 8am - 2pm (2 x 15min paid breaks)

**This includes**:

- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping

**About you**:
If you are someone with brilliant organisational skills, exceptional customer service skills and plenty of positive 'can do' attitude, we are looking for you

**You will ideally possess**:

- Professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
