Want to work on an iconic project? e2o are currently seeking an experienced
HSSE Advisor
for the Project Ceres Urea Plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. Working on a 19 days on, 9 days off roster, Fly in Fly out from all major Australian cities.

Who You Are
Your role will include:
Advise and support management and staff on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
Provide HSE training and support to employees at all levels.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to senior management.
Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) as a HSE Advisor in construction, or related industries.
Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and environmental management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and drive a safety culture across all levels of the organisation.
