**About the Company**
A global FMCG with household names which has a strong emphasis on innovation to ensure they are always making great tasting foods. Due to growth and upcoming projects within the business, they are looking for a Technical Business Partner at a regional location in Victoria.

**About the role**
As a Technical Business Partner, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment in the fast-paced food manufacturing industry. Your primary focus will be to understand the business objectives and translate them into technical requirements, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with your passion for the food industry to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, food technology or similar.
- Proven experience in food manufacturing or a similar regulated environment
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions specific to food manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
