About the Role:
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll lead your team in providinghigh-quality care and educationfor children.
You will:
Plan and deliverengaging, play-based programsthat inspire learning and exploration.
Fosterstrong, respectful relationshipswith children, families, and colleagues.
Observe, document, and celebratechildren's learning and developmental milestones.
Designing awelcoming, inclusive environmentwhere every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.
Working closely with your team to ensurecollaborative, reflective practicesthat support each other's growth.
What We're Looking For:
Experience leading a room and supporting a team in an ECEC setting.
A warm, positive, and enthusiastic approach to working with children and families.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and best practices in early childhood education.
A genuine passion for creatinginclusive, nurturing spacesfor children to grow and thrive.
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in children's well-being and development.
