A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Babies Room Leader at our beautiful new centre. Seeking a passionate and dynamic educator that will deliver exceptional service to our children and families.

Clever Cubs Smithfield is a beautifully designed, brand new and purpose-built Early Learning Centre that is seeking an experienced and motivated Certificate 3 or Diploma to provide exceptional service to our children and families. **About the role**:

- Ensure each child's current knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities and interests are the foundation of the program. The program, including routines, is organised in ways that maximise opportunities for each child's learning.
- Ensure each child's learning and development is assessed as part of an ongoing cycle of planning, documentation and evaluation.
- Encourage children's ideas and use intentional teaching to scaffold and extend each child's learning
- Ensure critical reflection on children's learning and development, both as individuals and in groups, is regularly used to implement the program.
- Provide a high-quality service to meet the diverse needs of, children, families, educators, and owners within state and national legislative requirements.

**About you**:

- Certificate iii or higher
- Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As a Clever Cubs Room Leader, you have a passion for early childhood education and are committed to delivering high quality outcomes to each child in your room. This role will lead and mentor educators as part of building a friendly culture that's professional and strives for excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
