**About the team**:
Our Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that support Coles Group. As a part of the Technology team, you get the opportunity to work through complex, challenging, meaningful problems using large data sets and new technologies to expand your skills and experience.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a PMO Analyst to provide support with financial project management and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO team.

**About your and your skills**:

- At least 5 years IT experience, in a PMO capability or Consulting role, in a waterfall or an agile environment, with experience delivering large programs of work.
- Expert interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities that enable you to communicate and manage relationships across the organisation - from your peers, vendors and partners, stakeholders to senior executives.
- Experience managing relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing relevant changes.
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction and supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and Systems
- Market knowledge and experience in the delivery and management of retail and technology solutions
- Strong financial and risk management skills
- Stakeholder management skills
