Our Federal Government client is seeking multiple
**Communications Officers **who can develop, maintain and deliver communication strategies and plans for the department
**About the role**:
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Develop, maintain and deliver communication strategies and communication plans for the Projects and Program
- Develop, maintain and deliver communication materials and channels e.g. posters, banners, intranet pages, presentations etc.
- Work with a diverse range of stakeholders to plan, facilitate and deliver presentations and stakeholder communications as required
- Work effectively in a team based environment
- Provide knowledge and transfer skills to other team members
**Ideally you will have**:
- Proven experience in communication roles within Australian Government environments
- Experience in the development of communication strategies and plans
- Proven experience with Graphic design and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to produce and maintain communication materials and channels e.g. intranet pages, posters, presentations etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and across diverse range of stakeholders
- Self-motivation with an ability to work independently
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
