Relieving Care Manager

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking Registered nurses with excellent clinical skills and care manager experience to cover Care Manager leave at our homes across Victoria, in WA, NSW and QLD and also assist with clinical improvement projects.
Depending on location, applicants will need to be willing to travel and stay away from home for up to a week at a time while covering Care Manager leave. Mercy Health will cover travel and accommodation costs.
- _**ABOUT YOU**:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Working knowledge of the aged care standards and aged care regulatory requirements
- The ability to lead practice change through role modelling and education
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment
