The role & responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service with premium products
Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
Process large volumes of stock efficiently
Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders
Assist in maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude to effectively sell to customers
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
Self-motivation and willingness to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Strong listening skills and the ability to use feedback constructively
