**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Ethical Sourcing team as a Traceability Analyst on a 9 month MAT leave contract. Using your strong analytical skills, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Cotton On maintains high ethical standards throughout our supply chain.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Increasing supply chain visibility through end-to-end supply chain mapping, data collection and risk assessment.
- Proposing solutions to optimise data accuracy, analysis and reporting efficiency.
- Maintaining the supplier database and reporting on supplier traceability status.
- Providing recommendations on data collection and process improvements for the Ethical Sourcing Team to increase productivity.
- Implementing new supplier on-boarding processes and SOP, with clear communication and reporting internally to our Brand teams.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Ideally previous experience in a similar data analytics role with proven ability to use strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process optimisation and data accuracy
- Qualifications in data analytics, supply chain or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a good working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of data processing and analytics reporting platforms such as PowerBI would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate successfully with all departments
- Strong administrative, time management and organization skills
