The Role

You'll take ownership of day-to-day landscaping tasks and help deliver high-quality projects from start to finish. Working as part of a motivated team and reporting directly to the director, you'll be hands-on across a wide variety of work, including:

- Setting out and installing paving, edging, turf, garden beds and retaining walls.
- Working alongside concreters to deliver high-end concrete finishes.
- Leading small crews to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Occasionally operating machinery and equipment to assist with site preparation and construction.
- Managing site workflow - from material handling to quality checks.
- Bringing a strong eye for detail to every stage of construction and finish.
- Problem-solving on site and making sure jobs are delivered efficiently

Pay: $24.95 - $47.54 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

- Do you have experience operating machinery (excavators, skid steers, compactors, etc.)?

**Experience**:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
