As the largest grain storage and handling network on the east coast of Australia, we operate more than 150 regional receival sites and seven bulk port terminals. We store and market wheat, barley, canola, sorghum and specialty commodities, connecting over 10,000 growers with more than 1,000 end-market customers across the food, beverage, edible oils and animal feed industries. **About the role**

GrainCorp is currently seeking a Trader, based at either in Perth or our Sydney Offices in the CBD (we will also consider other states/territories), to Analyse, identify and implement commodity trading strategies based on thorough fundamental analysis and appropriate risk vs. reward within the risk guidelines. The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Trade grain to achieve company and business objectives
- Challenge, scrutinize and improve trading strategies and opportunities
- Contribute to trading strategies
- Participate and take a leadership role in project initiative

**About your experience**
- Experience with physical grains and oilseed commodity markets and futures markets
- International commodity contract terms, management and sales experience
- Strong technical analytical skills within commodity trading, detail orientated aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
- Understanding of grain logistics and global supply and demand
