**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a Detailer / General Hand to join our team at Caravan Fix. As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our workspace and ensuring that the caravans and RVs are prepared to the highest standards before they leave our facility. Your commitment to quality, alignment with our values, and attention to detail will make you an integral part of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform caravan and RV detailing, including washing, waxing, and interior cleaning.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our workshop.
- Assist with general tasks to support the operational efficiency of the facility.
- Embrace our core values and culture to contribute positively to our dynamic work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adhere to safe working procedures.
- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks efficiently.
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and flexibility in job roles.
- Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
