Regency Shower Screens & Wardrobes is a leading provider of high-quality shower screens and wardrobe solutions in Cardiff. With a reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and customer service, we take pride in transforming our customers' homes with elegant and functional installations.

We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team servicing the Newcastle, Central Coast & Hunter Valley Region. This opportunity would suit those with a Carpentry / Cabinet Making or similar trade background ready to be trained in a diverse range of products.

You will play a critical role in delivering our premium wardrobe installations to our valued customers. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver top-notch installation services with a strong focus on safety and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist in servicing and maintaining windows and doors in accordance with customer requirements
- Maintain a safe, supportive and hazard free work environment whilst always working in accordance with company WHS procedures and practices
- Proactively engage with customers, providing a pleasant and productive experience by arranging suitable installation times and maintaining open communication.
- Maintaining and submitting daily documentation promptly and accurately for job completions and invoicing.

**Requirements**:

- Be trade qualified and/or be able to demonstrate relevant experience.
- Have a focus on customer service, quality and OH&S
- Have a high attention to detail and have the drive to be a successful part of the team.
- Construction Induction White Card
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Work Rights in Australia
- Clean Valid Police Check (completed within the last 6 months)
