About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to join our Bridgestone Select team in Salisbury, Queensland. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy retail location, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the financial performance of the store. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
Lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled automotive technicians and customer service representatives
Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase revenue
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Collaborate with the Franchisee to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Foster a positive, customer-centric work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the automotive or similar industry
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Proven track record of driving sales and financial performance in a retail environment
Solid understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently
Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance in the workplace
