Join Signet's 2-year Graduate Program in Brisbane to develop business skills in customer experience, supply chain, marketing, and sales within a leading packaging company.
Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Build a customer-centric mindset and learn core business systems within the Customer Experience team
Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries via multiple channels
Process and optimize customer orders
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Engage in project work across sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, learning & development, and supply chain
Collaborate with various teams and mentors to explore interests and gain diverse business exposure
About You
The company is looking for:
A recent undergraduate degree or imminent graduation
Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality
Current Australian driver's license and own vehicle
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Motivation to work independently
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
