**About the Role**

Priceline Pharmacy Marion is looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Door Greeter/Bag Checker. In this role, you will be our valued customers' first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment whilst providing exceptional service. Your warm smile and attention to detail will contribute to the overall customer experience at Priceline Pharmacy Marion.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to work as part of a team, individually, and be customer focused. Your duties will include
- Greeting customers as they enter the store with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing direction, and offering assistance.
- Politely and professionally check customer bags and receipts upon entry and exit to maintain store security.
- Ensure adherence to store policies regarding bag checks and prevent unauthorised removal of merchandise.
- Proactively approach customers and offer information about ongoing promotions, sales or loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean and organised entry area, including keeping the entrance free of clutter and displaying promotional materials neatly.
- Collaborate with store staff to resolve customer enquiries or concerns promptly.
- Monitor store entrances and exits for any suspicious activity and report any incidents or theft to the Retail or Pharmacist Manager or security personnel.
