**The opportunity**:
We are currently recruiting for a National Weighbridge Supervisor to join our recycling team in Tullamarine Melbourne. You will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance and upkeep of all Visy Recycling Weighbridges and manage and lead the Weighbridge Support Team and Offshore Operators.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 9am
- 5pm based out of our Tullamarine, Melbourne site however, travel will be required across QLD, NSW, VIC and WA. There may be work outside the scope of these hours in situations where emergency situations arise.

Reporting to the National Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Ensure all 17 Weighbridges' performances are maintained through ongoing weighbridge calibration and prompt resolutions to any issues encountered
- People management and development
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including being the main point of contact for all State Operations Manager
- Investigation and resolution of escalations and issues that may arise at the Supersites
- Continuous Improvement of all Weighbridge functions
- Project Management and automation implementation
- Report preparation and collation

**What you will bring to the team**:

- 3 + years of supervisor/leadership experience preferably in the Waste, Recycling or Manufacturing industry
- Proven people management and KPI target management
- Ability to solution find and be assertive in decision making to resolve issues.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to change in a fast-paced industry
- Build rapport and collaborate with wider team and stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel, Word and IT skills.
