We're looking for a **dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic** **Store Manager**to lead and inspire our incredible **Sandy Bay** team

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success, leading a passionate team and ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience.

**What you'll need**:

- Proven experience in **supermarket retail management**, with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Excellent **leadership, communication, and people management skills**.
- A track record of successfully driving sales and implementing strategies to improve store performance.
- A keen **eye for detail** and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to **motivate and develop your team**, ensuring high standards across all areas of the store.
- Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets, rosters, and financial performance.
- Availability to work a flexible roster across our trading hours, including alternate weekends and some holidays.
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of a hands-on retail role.

**What you'll do**:

- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team to achieve excellence in service and performance.
- Driving sales growth and ensuring operational efficiency while managing stock levels, minimising waste, and maximising profitability.
- Building and maintaining a culture of excellence, teamwork, and engagement.
- Providing hands-on training and development to empower your team members.
- Ensuring compliance with WH&S, Food Safety, and other operational standards.
- Managing budgets, financial targets, and KPIs to optimise store performance.
- Creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.
