We specialize in compounding personalized medications while offering a wide range of pharmacy services, including prescription dispensing, UTI consultations, vaccinations, and dose administration aids.

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused **Pharmacy Assistant** to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service and health solutions to our valued customers.

**About the Role**

As a **Pharmacy Assistant**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with pharmacy operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing professional and friendly customer service and health advice.
- Assisting customers with their healthcare and product inquiries.
- Processing sales transactions, cash handling, and operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Accepting prescriptions and assisting in the dispensary (training provided).
- Managing inventory, stocking shelves, and merchandising displays.
- Assisting in the preparation of dose administration aids (training provided).
- Ensuring the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
- Participating in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

**What We Are Looking For**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member who has:

- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting (preferred but not essential).
- Willingness to undergo training, including an S2/S3 pharmacy certificate (if not already obtained).
- Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends.
- A police clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
