About the Role Ideally, 5–7 years of post-qualification experience (PAE).

About You We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised lawyer with proven experience in corporate insolvency assignments and commercial litigation.
Core workstreams include: Voluntary administration, liquidation and receiverships for appointees, directors or key stakeholders Secured creditor realisations Commercial litigation with a focus on financial services and Corporations Act disputes You will be supported by a collaborative, flexible team and will have access to a career development program tailored to your level of experience, plus pro bono and community initiatives.
