Be part of a vibrant team providing support to women and children experiencing or escaping from Family Violence.

About the Role:

- Provide an adaptive work style allowing for focus effort in area of need across the FV Streams.
- Providing practitioner leadership support to both the Team Leader and practitioners.
- Leading FV projects to support development and embedding of frameworks and best practice.
- Moving across intake, assessment, planning and case management as required.
- Completing program reports or proposals for both internal and/or external benefit.
- Excellent risk identification and management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with partnerships with key stakeholders.
- A demonstrated understanding of the social and political issues impacting on women and children escaping family violence.
- Valid Victorian Driver's Licence | Working With Children Check | Police Check.
- A tertiary qualification is required in Social Work (preferred) or appropriate qualification, as per Royal Commission Recommendation 209 - Mandatory Minimum Qualifications for Specialist FV Workers and experience relevant to this position.
