**About Our Client**:
Our client is an established organisation that is a disrupter within their field within the financial services sector. A growing tech and online company, they have won several awards across their sector for their innovative and high growth journey. Renowned for providing a unique service to millions of their customers each year, they are an employer of choice for many.

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO and assume a strategic and hands on role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance. In additional to this, you will also oversee the company secretarial duties and people and culture.

**The Successful Applicant**:
CA/CPA qualified, you will have a proven track record working as a CFO in a rapidly expanding ASX. You will have at least 10+ years' experience in a progressive organisation and have held a responsible end to end financial leadership role. You will have a flexible, proactive / self-starter attitude and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. In addition to this you will have a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and be results driven. Previous experience with Company secretary duties and Human Resources will be ideal, ASX is non-negotiable and industry experience in financial services isn't essential. wont be es Lastly, you will also need to be a hands on manager with a strategic focus and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment where no day is the same.
