This is an exciting opportunity to take on additional responsibility, lead a team, and create meaningful experiences for children and families.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the daily operation of the service, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and school communities.Support and guide educators in delivering high-quality programs.Manage compliance, health, and safety requirements within the service.Deliver fun, engaging, and inclusive programs that reflect the interests and needs of children.Experience And QualificationsPrevious OSHC or childcare experience is highly regarded.Must hold or be willing to enrol in an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification.Current Working With Children's Check (relevant state).
Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma).
