- Experience: 5+ years
- Good working knowledge of Unix (specifically Solaris) and Linux, including:

- knowledge and understanding of common commands
- the ability to write and review shell scripts
- an understanding of the Unix file system layout
- Working knowledge of iTAM
- Experience with creating and/or reviewing changes in iTAM
- Experience with working on Incidents in iTAM
- Working knowledge of Jira
- Working knowledge of Confluence
- At least basic understanding of PKI certificates
- Good written and spoken English

**Desirable**
- At least mid-level understanding of PKI certificates
- Linux system administration experience
