We're looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Melbourne Head Office Team.

This is the perfect opportunity for those who thrive in a vibrant and successful environment and are looking to progress their career in Sales & Marketing in a National role. You will play a vital role in the Leadership Team in scaling the business over the next 5-10 years.

**About The Role**:

- Head up New Business & Marketing Nationally
- Business Development & Networking via phone & face to face
- Hunting, investigating, and securing new business opportunities and lead generation
- Outbound prospecting for projects
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Contribute to the development of the strategic sales & marketing plan
- Co-ordination and Execution of the marketing plan with external and internal resources
- Maintenance of accurate project and client details in CRM
- Reporting to Leadership Team & CEO

**Requirements**:
Key Requirements
- Passion for lead generation and sales development
- Experience in building and leading a team.
- People management and leadership skills
- Specification & Consultative selling experience
- Experience with marketing strategy and coordination
- Willingness to learn a technical product and be able to communicate technical knowledge
- Ability to work alone as well as in a team
- Skilled in stakeholder relationship management
- Ability to problem solve and act calmly under pressure
- Self-motivated, positive, and results orientated
- Accurate attention to detail
