About the role As our Founding Full Stack Engineer you will:Shape the architectural backbone of our platform.
You'll design and implement robust, scalable systems that process complex data, generate intelligent insights, and deliver seamless performance at enterprise scale.Have significant autonomy in defining the next stage of our growth across the stack - driving our strategy, rapidly prototyping features and laying a strong foundation.Establish robust patterns for scalability, reliability, and performance, while staying nimble enough to iterate quickly when needed.Create intuitive interfaces that make sophisticated AI analysis feel seamless and accessible.Work closely with an innovative team to balance the urgency of a fast-moving startup with the discipline of writing clean, future-proof code.This is the opportunity to define your career by being at the leading edge of AI-powered software engineering - join us to be part of the revolution shaping how software is built
Minimum Requirements Extensive experience + advanced knowledge:PythonAWSPytestTypescriptReactTDDCI/CDExperience welcome, but not required:AWS Chalice frameworkAWS SQS / SNS / Step Functions / Bedrock / SageMakerDockerAWS CDK (or similar IaC)Working with SOC2 certificationReact Query / TanstackStorybookMUI About you Systems thinker with a holistic approach to software architecture.Comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.Strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts.Proven track record of building scalable, enterprise-ready systems.You're excited by AI's potential to transform the global consulting industry.You're motivated by the fast pace (and occasional chaos) of an early-stage startup, and the opportunity to learn and grow.You are humble and bring a can-do attitude.You have great clarity of thought and are an excellent communicator and collaborator.
