We're a fast-growing D2C brand based in Southeast Melbourne, looking for a **motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator** to join our energetic and diverse team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you're hands-on and eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**What You'll Do**:

- Operate a CNC machine to accurately cut fabric (training provided).
- Assist with general warehouse tasks including lifting fabric rolls, packing, and stock handling.
- Troubleshoot and help resolve any basic technical issues with the machine.
- Maintain and service the CNC machine to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow daily production plans to meet order timelines.
- Work independently or as part of a team to get the job done.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Prior CNC experience is **a bonus**, but not required — **full training will be provided**.
- A proactive problem-solver who's mechanically minded.
- Physically able to move and lift fabric rolls and materials.
- Organised and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working both in a team and independently.

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
