We are currently on the hunt for our next T-Legend to join our new T-Brewery

You will have:

- High levels of enthusiasm and a passion for customer engagement that creates memorable experiences.
- A can-do attitude and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Curiosity for learning and development and growing a career in hospitality/retail
- Flexibility with work hours/rosters.
- The T-legend takes a leadership role, inspiring and mentoring their T-Ristas/staff members to be high-performing and engaged members.
- Experience in a QSR environment are highly desirable but not essential.
- Have the capability to influence the T-Brewery's sales and results.
- Proactively looking at ways to increase performance Key Metrics.
- Bring to life our values of Brave, Real, Inclusive and Curious through inspiring the team by your own demonstration of the values in your interactions with customers, the team and other key stakeholders.
