Qualifications and Experience
Competence and experience in the practice of Structural Engineering
Bachelor of Structural Engineering
Ability to design structures and prepare and self-design calculations using manual methods or industry-standard computer applications
Be on the pathway to obtaining CPEng within 3 years
Complete the planning, design and execution of projects working with large teams
Demonstrate a client focus with proven experience delivering great project outcomes
Be involved in close coordination with construction teams and external stakeholders to develop the best project solution
Prepare technically sound, well-written proposals and reports
Proactively provide direction, mentoring and support to junior engineers
Polished communication skills with the ability to navigate project issues
