About us:
Situated in the local neighbourhood of Bondi, Brown Sugar is a vibrant 50-seater relaxed fine-dining bistro, who has been frequent by locals and foodie enthusiasts for almost 2 decades. We are a small team of industry professionals committed to delivering the most memorable dining experience, who we endeavour to bring a small slice of the Mediterranean to the shores of Bondi Beach.

About you:
We are looking for a skilled Waiter/Waitress to provide the highest quality customer service, providing a memorable experience for our guests.

Shifts available:
Wed to Sun from 5pm to 10pm

Saturday and Sunday 8am to 3pm

If you are able to perform well in a fast-paced environment and are on point in providing excellent service - we'd like to meet you

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
