Gemini Balcatta is a medium sized and well organised repair shop specialising in rapid/ smaller repairs on drivable cars. We have a steady stream of work for the team of 22. Centrally located on Erindale Rd, an easy to reach location.

We pride ourselves on working together as a team to achieve the highest quality repairs for our customers. You will have access to the latest repair equipment and the support from our team and management.

**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop/ Production Manager to join the team in at Gemini Balcatta.

If you are in a similar automotive position or maybe you are on the workshop floor looking to take the next step - this may be your opportunity

Permanent secure position. Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the workshop and that the appropriate method of repair is adhered to, estimate is followed and that quality is paramount.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ensure the site remains a safe working environment for all staff
- Process vehicles upon arrival
- Assist with the ordering and receipting of parts, paint and consumables
- Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost effective quality repairs are carried out
- Manage the production of the site to meet the set productivity targets and customer expectations
- Assist in the management of the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the housekeeping within the workshop
