HEAD OF ONLINE | SHERIDAN | PYRMONT
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced, collaborative Ecommerce/Online Manager, to join our leadership team and deliver on our key growth initiatives and projects. As Head of Online you will maximise online revenue and EBIT by leading the team responsible for all online product and content, performance marketing, data, and CRM.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Management of Sheridan Ecommerce stores, owning and driving the online agenda
- Driving conversion and ROAS
- Ensuring all major brand and social campaigns are represented and supported online
- Continuious improvement of SEO and UX
- Management and execution of the promotional programme & pricing
- Ongoing analysis and optimization of website performance, forecasting and reporting on key Ecommerce metrics
- Stakeholder and relationship management within the Online team, across the group and wider Hanes brands business and relevant vendor relationships
- Proactive strategic problem solving
- The identification and delivery of all growth projects and initiatives
- Leading and developing a high functioning team

What experience do I have?
- 7+ years digital experience including marketing, data and analytics and optimisation of e-commerce website(s)
- Track record leading and mentoring a high performing team to deliver whilst ensuring they learn and grow
- Complete understanding of the ecommerce function, with experience leading an e-commerce team in an omnichannel retailer
- Success in the delivery of multiple e-commerce projects in a multichannel environment
- Confident communicator, who can effectively collaborate with a retail buying / planning function and senior management
- Ability to work in an agile and high-paced environment and deep dive into e-commerce solution design/troubleshooting, and identify solutions
- Budget and P&L management and financial accountability and delivery
