Job Description:As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals in their own homes and within the community.
Your duties may include:Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and groomingProviding companionship and emotional support to clientsAssisting with meal preparation and light household tasksAccompanying clients to appointments and outingsMonitoring clients' wellbeing and reporting any concerns to the supervisorRequirements:In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:Must be femaleMust have a full Australian Drivers LicenseMust have a valid Police checkMust have a valid Working with Children checkMust have a caring and empathetic attitudeMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Working as a Home and Community Care Worker can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
