At 1300apprentice we have a very reputable client based in Huntingwood looking for a sales/business trainee to join their team.

**About our host**

Our host employer has been setting standards for solutions for industrial trucks, fleet management, driver assistance systems and service offerings for over 50 years.

An opportunity has now become available within their team.

Throughout the traineeship, you will be studying a Certificate III in Business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Management and co-ordination of the administration system including all manual recording required for New and Used sales,
Leases, STR rentals including subhires, demonstrations, hold downs, invoicing, de-hires, trade ins, receipting stock, transfer of
stock, allocation of stock, credits, reporting, and commissions for sales executives in line with Company policies
- Facilitate transparency on order status, escalating to branch management as required
- Actively participate in the regular contract and production meetings
- Liaise with AR/AP department to set up new accounts, payments and assisting with AR invoice queries and disputes, processing of AP invoices
- Coordinate the movement of trucks using LMH systems and processes from order to customer delivery and return
- Maintain adequate filing of all paperwork as per company policy requirements and guidelines
- Act as backup to fellow administration team as well as providing support to Commercial Supervisor and Branch Management team as required
- Assist with answering phones as required.
- Assist with stock take where required.

**To be successful**:

- Must not have completed the same qualification in this vocation or above.
- Great attitude and good computer skills
- Well-presented and able to work in a team environment
- Professional phone manner and excellent work ethic.
