As a Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.
Responsibilities
Put the customer at the heart of everything you do by providing an exceptional customer experience through great service, product knowledge and a seamless point of sale transaction
Utilise tools to stay up to date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers
Contribute to smooth store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand standards
Live and role model Country Road Group values and collaborate with your store team to deliver results
Attributes you possess
A true passion for fashion with exceptional customer service skills
Proactive with good problem-solving skills
A natural optimism and helpful enthusiasm
Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours as required
