**Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
We're on the lookout for a passionate Casual or Contractor Trainer/Assessors to deliver the TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations onsite at St Marys.
You must be availability to commit and deliver across 3 consecutive days per week, have experience engaging jobseekers in a learning environment, and a strong background in the supply chain operations industry, and h genuine passion for sharing knowledge and making a positive impact
**About the role**:
**As a Trainer and Assessor, you will**:
Facilitate classroom training sessions
Support and coach students through the duration of training and assessment
Identify and address LLN needs
Ensure all training and assessment documentation is completed to the compliance standard and submitted within required time frames
Undertake classroom on the job assessments in line with the unit assessment plans
Prepare your session plans
Contribute to course continuous improvement
**Requirements/Must haves**:
Current qualification TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations OR Higher
Must hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units, or Higher-level Training and Assessment qualifications.
Able to demonstrate and provide current industry currency in your field of expertise by providing documentation
Minimum 2 year of training and assessment in the Vocational and education training sector
Able to provide evidence of current VET PD
Commit to complete an ARC Matrix
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
A working with children's check or willing to obtain
Hold an ABN and be engaged under a current ASIC Registered Proprietary Limited Company (Pty Ltd) or with an CAN/Relevant business insurances (Public Liability, WorkCover) (For Contractors who are trading as a PTY Ltd only)
